Crystal Singing Bowl Workshop

This workshop covers the basics of crystal singing bowls. Lana will walk participants through how to play the bowls, their history, the effect on the human body, along with existing crystal singing bowl resources.

Learn specific ways to use crystal singing bowls on the body, for space clearing and healing. Learn to apply the sound and integrating other tools and vibrational methods with the bowls.

Public Service Demo

This session provides a comfortable forum for people to experience crystal bowl sound, healing techniques and learn more about them.
Confirm attendance in advance as space is limited. Fee: anonymous donation to The MacLaren Center to be used for community activities.
